Yeah, it is creative, but you could never do a comparason between Mac and Windows, they are two completely different operating systems.

It doesn't work as a desktop. Somebody was saying something about juxtaposition, but before that even, this doesn't really show an intent to make a good desktop image. A good joke/stab-at-winders image, maybe, but not a desktop image.


Plus, the Apple background image is that of Panther.


It's fine to bash windows, since it deserves some bashing. However, a desktop wallpaper is not the best medium for portraying such a brief and curt message, since a desktop stays on the screen for some time. The "Think Different" types and others with text also have the same problem, in that the primary user of the machine reads the message once and that's actually sufficient, yet it stays on the screen. Fine if you show off a desktop to many people, but in this case, I think it's best to show that Mac has some class of the sort Windows lacks, and this isn't exactly classy.


Don't get me wrong - it's a good stab at winders sort of image, just not a desktop.

Quite lovily in my honest opinion. If people would only understand why we bash on the weekest and most buggiest OS ever made then they would appresate such art like this and the famious Tux vs Win wallpaper plus the serveral others out there.


Very nicely done job for stock images and a quick "bash at it".

what does juxtaposition mean? i know its pretty poor im not that great at photoshop just fancied a bash at it.

The symbolism is simply too obvious. The inadequencies of Gates' operating system have been expressed more eloquently, and stridently, before. Other than that, what an appalling juxtaposition of images, here!
