You can get a nice effect if you put this picture and the "Night Planet Earth" into one folder, then choose that folder in- System Preferences>Desktop & Screen Saver>Desktop>Choose Folder.
Set the "Change Picture" option to your prefered timing and make sure the "Random order" option is off.
