just in case anyone else has a problem with the php part simply change the extension to jpg as in city.jpg it will then work fine

the only reason i took a point off is because i seem to always be choosing a desktop that is less intense. as an image it is great, but as a desktop it can almost be too dazzling, sometimes. still, it's one of my favorite desktops, so don't take that as a complaint!
